Reservations/Policies

RATES:  $100-145/night.  7th night FREE! 4th Week FREE! 
2 night minimum stay. 
3 night minium for July and August.
Maximum: 4 person occupancy

RESERVATIONS:  To secure a reservation we request a 50% Deposit paid by check, money order or credit card (we accept Visa, MC, AX, and Discover). Balance is due upon check-in. To make reservations call Sharon at (541)271-4222, (877)MYRTLE-3, or (541)271-5444 (please leave a message if we are not by the phone) or Email leave your name,  phone number & requested days of stay and we will email/call you back to confirm  availability and reservations. After you've confirmed availability you can make your Online Reservations through our Myrtlewood Gallery SSL Secure Server at the bottom of this page. I will make the corrections for the 7th night Free and the 4th week Free before processing your reservation.

One Night Stays: We do not make advance reservations for one night stays.

CHECK-IN:  Check in between 3-5 PM at The Myrtlewood Gallery, 1125 Highway 101, Reedsport, OR 97467. (right on 101 in Reedsport across from the Exxon) Or be sure to call if you will be arriving late.

NO PETS, PLEASE:  PETS POLICY
This is a "No Pets Allowed" home. (No dogs, cats, or other pets are permitted). If you bring your pet there will be a $200.00 charge. Please observe these rules as some of our guests have pet allergies.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, PLEASE:  There is a comfortable smoking area out on the porch.  We request that all cigarettes be disposed of in a fireproof receptacle. One will be provided.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  We expect all our guests to pay for any damages that they have caused or any clean up that may be necessary. We request a Credit Card # in lieu of a security deposit. And ask that our guests inform us when something is not working or broken, so that we can replace or repair it promptly. 

CLEAN-UP POLICY:  Guests will find our home very clean on arrival. We entrust our guests to "Leave it the way you found it".

OPTIONAL CLEANING FEE:  For guests who prefer not to wash the sheets and towels before they leave, we can arrange for a  $25-$45 cleaning fee upon check-in. We still request that guests wash any dishes, pots, & pans, and to maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping standards during their stay. 

CANCELLATIONS: Full refund if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival less a $25 handling fee. 50% refund if canceled 15-30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival. Any non refunded deposit can be applied to another reservation within 12 months of your original booking.
