"We've had a great week.  in the area we've seen a bald eagle, an Osprey, elk,.. we've enjoyed the deer with a fawn, the rufus hummingbird is a regular, the butterflies and bees, the snake, and a salamander, a large flock of geese, a king fisher, numerous wrens, finches and sparrow.
The Cozy Cattail lived up to it's name- We had a very restful and pleasant week."

"Wonderful place with lots of wildlife- deer almost everyday eating in meadow in from or by bedroom, lots of hummingbirds, and birdsongs. Saw nine Canada geese near bridge, beaver, or river otter, mallard family, rabbit, small garter snake and banana slugs!"

"Enjoyed pie we baked with Oregon blackberries picked down the lane, watching nutria in the slough, walking in the woods, and the wonderful peace here. deer has been in to eat roses off the front porch and the stellar jays fuss and fight in the trees.
