This 2 bedroom 1 bath vacation home comes furnished with:
- 2 Queensize Beds, a Futon, and Twin Sofa Sleeper.
- Comforters, blankets, sheets, and towels are supplied along with a washer and dryer.
- The Wood Stove has firewood and kindling to set a cozy atmosphere.
- There is a VCR and DVD with a selection of movies for your enjoyment as well as a Bose Wave Radio/CD.
- A landline phone is available for incoming and credit card calls.(Intermittent cell phone and 3G reception is available down by the dock.)
- The kitchen is completely redone with Myrtlewood Cabinets and is fully supplied with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pans, utensils, and dish soap.
- There is also a large covered porch with plenty of seating and a charcoal grill available for your use.

Reservations

If we are not by the phone, please leave your name, phone number, and requested days of stay and we will email/call you back to confirm availability and reservations. A 50% Deposit will hold your reservation. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express. Balance is due upon check in.
One Night Stays
We do not make advance reservations for one night stays. Check with us a few days before arrival to see if we have availability. Or book and pay for 2 nights to guarantee availability and provide you with a flexible departure time.Policies
Check In
Check in between 3-5 PM at The Myrtlewood Gallery, 1125 Highway 101, Reedsport, OR 97467. (located on 101 in Reedsport across from the 76). Please be sure to call if you will be arriving late.No Pets, Please
This is a "No Pets Allowed" home. (No dogs, cats, or other pets are permitted). If you normally travel with your pet you can board them during your visit.We recommend the Howl A Day Inn located not far from the Cozy Cattail on the Oregon Coast. You can even arrange to have your pet bathed and groomed in time to be picked up on the morning of your departure. "A vacation for your pet at the doggy spa on the Coast"
No Smoking in the House, Please
There is a comfortable smoking area out on the porch. We request that all cigarettes be disposed of in a fireproof receptacle. One will be provided.No Fireworks
Our home is in the middle of the woods so Forest Fire Prevention is a top priority and guest responsibility as well.Security Deposit
We expect all our guests to pay for any damages that they have caused or any clean up that may be necessary. We request a Credit Card # in lieu of a security deposit. And ask that our guests inform us when something is not working or broken, so that we can replace or repair it promptly.Cleaning
$35-$65 cleaning fee. We request that guests wash any dishes, pots, & pans, and to maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping standards during their stay. There is an additional $10 dish cleaning fee if you leave unwashed dishes. Guests will find our home cleaned and ready on arrival. We entrust our guests to "Leave it the way you found it".Cancellations
Full refund if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival less a $50 handling fee. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Any non refunded deposit less handling fee can be applied to another reservation within 12 months of your original booking.Lodging Tax
A 1% Oregon State Lodging Tax will be charged at check in.Trailers
You are welcome to bring your boat or 4 wheeler trailer. However, some people have had trouble negotiating the tight turn on our bridge. Please use caution.Activities and Attractions
We're located near the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area "The Heart of the Dunes". Just a short and scenic drive to town; close enough for a quick trip in for groceries yet still away from it all.
The Ocean is only 5 miles as the Crow Flies and about an 8-10 mile drive to Windchester Bay Beaches or Sparrow Park Beach.
